Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead branch operations, focusing on sales growth and exceptional customer service
• Identify new customers and opportunities for growth
• Manage existing accounts, retaining relationships and expanding business
• Oversee and lead a team, ensuring daily responsibilities are met
• Meet sales targets and manage the branch’s budget
• Troubleshoot and adapt to ever-changing situations, providing solutions to obstacles
• Build a network of referrals and continuously learn about new fleet offerings
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of sales and operations experience, preferably in truck or equipment rentals
• Proven leadership experience managing a team
• Strong sales reporting and analysis skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Pay: Competitive salary plus commission
