Management Trainee
Take the first step towards a leadership role with City Rent A Truck. This program offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and operations, providing the skills needed to lead your own branch, region, or department in our fast-growing company. You’ll build relationships, close deals, and tackle challenges head-on while driving growth for both yourself and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate rental and lease agreements for personal and commercial clients
• Build strong client relationships to maximize earnings
• Open and close contracts
• Drive top-line revenue through in-person and phone sales
• Adapt to changing situations, troubleshoot, and overcome obstacles
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Pay: Competitive salary plus commission and bonuses
