Yes.  We offer conventional and gooseneck towing at no additional cost!  We also offer 5th wheel attachments on our 1 ton trucks for a small additional fee.

Yes.  You can request an unlimited mileage package for only $15 extra a day on select models!

Yes.  City Rent A Truck currently offers Renters Liability Insurance, Supplemental Liability Insurance and Loss Damage Waiver.

Roadside assistance is available on qualifying vehicles.

Specific instructions will be provided on each vehicle if required.

No.  All of our vehicles are registered 26,000 GVWR or below.

Light duty trucks and vans; minimum age 21 years.
Medium to Heavy Duty; minimum age 25 years.

Additional drivers can be added at no charge.  Immediate family and company employees are automatically allowed.

A $100.00 deposit is taken on all passenger van reservations.  On all other rentals a card isn't required to hold a vehicle most of the time.  Only when the demand far exceeds supply will that be the case.

We will collect the amount up front (pre-pay) on all rentals.  An additional $50 deposit will be collected for potential incidentals and rental adjustments.  Once vehicle is returned and charges are reconciled, customers will receive either a refund or additional charge depending on the balance difference.

No.  Minimum charge is 1 day.

24 hour days. In most cases this will save the customer a whole day’s rental.

On passenger vans we require the cancellation to be 72 hours prior to the reservation date or the deposit will be forfeited.  On all other rental vehicles We prefer to receive cancellations no later than 24-48 hours prior.  No penalties or fees will be applied unless disclosed prior to reservation. This would be the case during seasonal periods of high demand and low supply.

We allow a 3 hour grace period on all of our truck rental rates and a 59 minute grace period on all of our insurance/waiver rates.  Anything beyond the allowed grace period will be charged another day.

Customer will be charged for fuel if not replaced.  The fee varies with the current market rate of fuel.
