Accounting Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Handle vehicle title work and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Process financial transactions with precision and timeliness
• Assist with reconciliations and other general accounting tasks
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations
• Perform miscellaneous finance-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
