Regional Manager
Lead the growth of City Rent A Truck as a Regional Manager, driving expansion and overseeing operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new customers and growth opportunities across the region
• Lead a team, ensuring teamwork and exceptional customer service
• Manage relationships with existing accounts and drive new business
• Demonstrate fleet vehicles on and off customer sites
• Attend industry events to network and build referral opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and manage regional operations
• Represent City Rent A Truck’s Core Values in daily interactions
• Travel to customer sites as needed
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of sales and operations experience, preferably in truck or equipment rentals
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of 6+ employees
• Strong sales reporting and analysis skills
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solve in changing environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Pay: Competitive salary plus commission
